Description & Features
This two-day hiking experience crosses the Bucegi Natural Park from Sinaia or Bușteni toward Bran, combining alpine landscapes, natural landmarks, and a continuous mountain route.
The journey begins with an ascent to the Bucegi Plateau, either by cable car from Sinaia or Bușteni, or on foot, reaching an altitude of approximately 2000 meters, with optional detours to formations like the Sphinx and Babele.
The first day involves approximately 6–8 hours of hiking, with moderate-to-challenging terrain and an elevation gain of around 600 meters.
Overnight accommodation is provided at a mountain guesthouse, offering a simple, well-located base in the natural environment.
On the second day, the route continues toward Bran, descending through varied terrain.
The hike lasts approximately 7–8 hours and includes both ascent and descent, with elevation gain varying by route.
At the end of the day, there is the option to visit Bran Castle, subject to timing and availability.
The experience concludes with a private transfer to Brașov.
