When you are ready to travel again, we are here to support you. Your safety, as well as the safety of our guides and partners, has always been our top priority. This is why new physical distancing and cleaning measures have been implemented on all our tours.
Your safety is important to us:
- All customer touch points are frequently cleaned
- Social distancing is maintained in vehicles
- To reduce crowds, the number of visitors is limited
- Masks are required; please bring your own
- You must fill out a travel information form
- Hand sanitiser gel is available in our vehicles.
- Regular cleaning of all the car surfaces;
- Extra flexibility in changes or cancellation.
Our groups have always been small. This offers security, access, and a connection with your destination you won't get by traveling on bus tours or on your own. Our average group size is 10, ensuring our travelers can engage with each other without feeling crowded — and that was before physical distancing became a necessity. Plus, if you have six or more friends you would like to adventure with, you can book the entire trip!
No Date Change Fees. If you decide to postpone your trip, you can cancel and rebook up to 30 days before your departure date, free of charge*. We hold the deposit for you to use on any departure in the next 2 years.
20% Deposits. We take only a 20% deposit of the total booking value.
Relaxed Balance Payment Terms. We ask balances to be paid only 30 days in advance.
*In case the tour booked has seasonal pricing, the price of the holiday might be different depending on the new date chosen – you will have to pay the difference if the price is higher, or we will refund it if it is lower. While we will waive our date change fee, in some cases, we will have to pass to you any non-refundable charges imposed by our suppliers.
Free cancellation (except 5% processing fee) up to 24 hours before departure! With less than 24 hours before departure, no refund will be provided.
