Amazing day hiking in Piatra Craiului National Park!!
My partner and I spent the day with our guide Isti today and we had the most amazing day!! The mountains were covered in heavy snow which made the hike more challenging, but Isti was well prepared with hiking equipment for us to use and was caring and patient throughout the hike. He was also highly experienced and knowledgeable. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking and it was wonderful to see the countryside and village life in Transylvania. Our lunch at the guest house was a delicious end to our day, with a short walk back to the car to finish. You must experience this day for yourself!Beth Betts

A perfect day in the Romanian Countryside
Andreea was a wonderful guide and our whole family (2 adults and 2 kids ages 8 and 10) enjoyed this tour. We added on the tour of Bran castle which was fun and beautifully decorated for Christmas. Then we hiked around the castle, went out for lunch and then hiked through a ravine in the national park. The whole time, Andreea told us about Romanian culture and history. She did a great job of making the tour fun and interesting for both the adults and kids. She even offered to bring her dogs on the hike and I'm so glad she did, as it kept the kids much more engaged in hiking.Beth Betts

It was such a nice day and a sophisticating view!
It was such a nice day and a sophisticating view!First stop was Bran Castle, I really loved it, I went there two times now and I can really recommend it.
The weather was a bit mixed so we had the option to do another hike through a stunning gorge. So we did and it was very remarkable. After that we drove to the restaurant in a village on top of the mountains. It was truly special because of the view and also because of the traditional and local food. It was beautiful to get an impression of romanian culture. The tour guide Dan was really friendly and knows a lot of his country and Transylvania. I've learned a lot about the life in Romania and about the history and culture - I'm sure this was also the best expierience next to the beautiful sceneries. Thanks a lot for this beautiful trip!

An amazing day out

Excellent
My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed this trip.Dan was a fantastic guide and great company, he even bought (with our permission) his lovely dog Daisy. We learnt much about the area, the history and the wider culture of Romania.
The hike was easy, well-paced, with some beautiful views over the valley. Dan made sure we were comfortable, especially for my friend who was a less experienced hiker.
Lunch was another highlight, everything was fresh and local.

Our Transilvania Experience
We had a great tour experience today with Mihai! He taught us a lot about Romanian history (he was VERY knowledgeable!) and he was also very kind and made us feel comfortable. We had the opportunity to go to Sighișoara, Viscri, and Rupea today and it was so beautiful. Transilvania is wonderful! We hope to come back to Transilvania very soon. Extraordinary tour, excellent guide
This tour through the stunning nature of these mountains is extraordinary. Highly, highly recommended! And our experienced guide Bogdan has been quite a discovery! He’s a great person with extensive knowledge about mountaineering, adventure sports, survival, and the history of Romania. The journey was very enjoyable, and the day went by so quickly! And that’s despite us having taken over 30,000 steps, haha.The mealtime was delicious and very rejuvenating.

Great views and experience
Lovely experience of walking around the mountains and meeting small villages hided there. The views are beautiful, the meal is tipical romanian and with artesanal products.The walking is not very hard, the guide very kind . 100% recommended.

Amazing day along meadows and idyllic landscapes
Dan is a really friendly and easy going guide. We had a lovely day with him; he is knowledgeable and great to spend time with. He's very thoughtful, and always made sure we felt good and were enjoying our tour.He took us around some wonderful, unforgettable countryside, and to a charming place for lunch, making sure our dietary needs were respected.
We felt really well looked after and his depth of understanding of the countryside meant we always felt completely safe.
We will certainly join him for more tours next time we visit Brasov, and recommend him for anyone who wants to see and learn about the surrounding area.

Amazing and great value for money. Charlie rocks
Such an amazing tour. Charlie is a great guide with such a good sense pf humor and deep knowledge about the area. Lunch stop was a highlight where traditional romanian food and farm made sheep cheese was served. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and recommend it 100% to anyone visiting Brasov. Beautiful, must do!
Amazing trip, I had a great time throughout the day. The views were amazing with spectacular autumn colours and I found my guide Dan to be very knowledgeable, friendly and engaging.
